About Me
I'm a full time mother, financial consultant, part time event planner and personal trainer/group fitness instructor/coach. I love being active, enjoy playing piano and spending lots of time with my family. I was born and raised in Hawaii and moved to California in 2000.
Fitness Background
I've been in the teaching and training since 2005. I worked for 24 Hour Fitness, UFC Gym, various corporate companies, and bootcamps. I started my own part time personal training business in 2011 in Castro Valley, CA. I then moved to Brentwood, CA and re-established my business. Eventually we decided to move to Pleasanton, You can find me still teaching/coaching at 24 Hour Fitness.
